Frameworks at Clancy
Clancy is currently appointed to 33 live frameworks across the UK, supporting public and private sector clients with multidisciplinary engineering services. Each of these frameworks provide you with accessible routes to market, verified professional services, and ease of contracting under Built Environment standards and in line with the new Procurement Act 2023.
The Procurement Act 2023 defines a framework as:
“A contract between a contracting authority and one or more suppliers that provides for the future award of contracts by a contracting authority to the supplier or suppliers.” (Section 45(2))
This means that a framework sets out the provisions under which future contracts for the supply of goods, services and/or works are to be awarded.
We’re looking forward to supporting Rise and its social mission throughout the lifetime of the framework, working with public sector and third-sector organisations to help deliver positive social and environmental outcomes.
