We were approached by Workman LLP, who was the project manager engaged by owner Columbia Threadneedle.
A significant driver for the project was to provide a new, strikingly appealing front entrance area accessible from pavement level, involving a two-storey high open atrium.
The project involved a full Category A refurbishment and delivered an environmentally conscious, contemporary workspace.
