Tempo,
Maidenhead
Providing civil and structural engineering services for Legal & General, this £39 million scheme, set to complete later this year, is a Category A office fit-out development, employing low and zero-carbon technologies to cut carbon emissions by 39%.
The four-storey building has a new entrance lobby with a two-storey extension, along with three rooftop pavilions and terraces. There will also be a new ‘plastic-free’ café.
East Lodge,
Nunhead Cemetery
Currently on site, we are collaborating with Roger Mears Architects and Southwark Council to restore the £2.6 million Grade II Listed East Lodge, using reclaimed materials to create a community space.
East Lodge is listed as Category A on Historic England’s Heritage-at-risk register, and our team is aiming to reduce embodied carbon in its refurbishment by integrating new structural parts with interventions previously integrated, where feasible.
Hounslow Urban Regeneration Scheme
An urban regeneration scheme across four sites incorporating MMC and Passivhaus design.
Working alongside Wates and Hunters Architects, we have been involved in an exciting regeneration scheme for the London Borough of Hounslow. Involving four infill sites, the £37m project features the use of structural MMC, concrete frames and pile foundations, designed within a BIM environment.
