Process engineering

We’ve been operating within the process engineering field for over a decade. Our team works closely with our civil and structural engineers on numerous front-end studies and live projects. 

Our main strengths lie in batch manufacturing especially primary pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, food and agrochemicals. We have further expertise in the fields of fuel storage, biotechnology, bulk chemicals, chloro-alkali and polymers, and in utility generation and distribution. 

The process engineering department also provides much of the expertise and support for our consultancy services, including HAZOP (qualified HAZOP chairpersons), Functional Safety/SIL Determination, ATEX/DSEAR, Buncefield Compliance and IPPC.
