CDM principal designer/ consultant services

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 apply to all construction projects. 

As designers, we have the skills, knowledge and experience required to assist clients comply with the CDM legislation. Our engineers can provide clients with CDM Principal Designer or CDM Consultant services across all sectors. 

Our services are normally delivered alongside our core engineering activities. However, when appropriate, we do join with other design teams. Our service includes: 

• Advising clients, making them aware of their duties and responsibilities 

• Assisting with the project brief and pre-construction information 

• Reviewing project design decisions impacting on health and safety implications 

• Assisting with the preparation and delivery of the Health and Safety file 

We have provided project CDM duties and advice services since the inception of the Regulations in 1994, completing many projects throughout the UK.
