Conversion of an iconic nine‑storey 1970s office building, formed of three octagonal wings, in Poole town centre into 362 residential apartments.

The scheme represents a major brownfield regeneration project. We delivered full MEP design to RIBA Stage 4, including technical tender documentation, encompassing the complete strip‑out and replacement of all building services.
