Our new Glasgow premises
We’ve relocated our Glasgow operations to 146 West Regent Street, a historic Grade C listed building in the heart of the city centre.
The move marks a significant milestone for our multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, which has had a presence in Glasgow for 15 years, as we outgrew the space as it was no longer suitable for our growing team.
Situated in a three-storey townhouse built circa 1835, the new office is located close to Glasgow’s diverse built environment community, including architects, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
The listed building has an EPC A rating and has been carefully adapted into a modern, sustainable workspace by the landlord, Stelmain. The Georgian-era building preserves many of its period features, including scrolled cast iron railings and the original lamps at the entrance.
Our new city centre home provides the team with a collaborative workspace that is designed to support the continued growth of its multi-disciplinary team that delivers civil & structural engineering, incorporating specialist structural timber engineering services, plus mechanical & electrical engineering.
With a client base covering several sectors, including residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, and industrial, the Glasgow team has delivered a wide variety of projects, from student accommodation and new homes to social housing developments and RAAC remediation.

The Glasgow office is led by Gordon Megahy, Director alongside a senior team including Gordon Hunt, Divisional Director for civil & structural engineering and Wendy Thomson, Associate leading the timber engineering specialism, who play key roles in expanding our technical expertise and client support in Scotland.
In the next five years, we plan to invest in people to expand our current headcount – with space to double in size within the new office.
