Moorpark Primary School, North Ayrshire
A design-forward, modern education building that embraces sustainable design using timber-frame construction.
Part of North Ayrshire Council’s Capital Investment Programme and delivered through the Hub South West Scotland framework, the project involved the design and construction of a new, purpose-built building to replace the town’s previous primary school.
Somerset Park Stadium,
Ayr
A new training facility for Ayr United, building upon our ongoing projects for this client including the award-winning North Stand which was completed summer 2024.
This new training facility will include a new 4G pitch, prefabricated spectator stand, floodlights, dugout, new gym building, additions to the North Stand and padel courts.
Mainholm Road,
Ayr
Providing civil & structural engineering services, this £36million project involved the re-development of the brownfield site at the former John Pollock Centre and Mainholm Academy for the provision of 160 mixed-size residential units.
Timber frame designs for all superstructures throughout the site were undertaken in-house which ensuring a seamless transition through the Building Warrant and SER process.
