Our latest schemes.

Gunsmith House, Birmingham City Centre

Situated on the edge of the historic Gun Quarter, this development provides 85 new residential apartments with high sustainability credentials.

Gunsmith House was once home to the finest gunmakers in the world. After falling into disrepair the historic site has been given a new lease of life, whilst maintaining it’s distinctive industrial character.

Sustainability credentials include a SAPS rating ‘B’, the installation of photovoltaics and a biodiversity roof on the main building.

Headley Court,
Oswestry

Extending an existing hospital to create a new £6million state-of-the-art veteran orthopaedic healthcare facility, the first of its kind in the UK.

We provided geotechnical, civil, structural and MEP engineering consultancy services to support the design, tender and installation of this facility. The state-of-the-art two-storey building includes clinic space, assessment rooms, treatment and therapy rooms, and administration, circulation and ancillary spaces.

The project was shortlisted for Social Infrastructure Project of the Year at the BCI Awards 2023.

Pens Meadow School, Dudley

A brand-new school to educate children with special educational and medical needs, ranging from 3 to 19 years old. The school, due to open early 2026, includes a range of specialist facilities, including therapy rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, a nursery and a multi-use games area pitch.

Sustainability features heavily in the design, with PV panels for electricity and a digital interface heating system, controlled by building management systems (BMS) for cost efficiency.
