Delivery of a huge, multi-million pound national logistics facility to support our client’s worldwide operations.
This scheme involved the delivery of a multi-million pound national logistics facility in Shaw for JD Williams.
We were responsible for handling the scheme’s project management and client agent role, as well as providing structural and building services engineering and CDM coordination services. Our appointment also included the role of ‘the engineer’ to administer the fit-out contract.
The new facility, spanning approximately 250,000sqft, handles product sorting and storage functions and has significantly expanded the retailer’s existing operations.
The site stores and dispatches N Brown’s leading fashion brands including JD Williams, Simply Be and Jacamo, distributing parcels throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe and the USA.
