Plots 2A and 2B are now complete. We were also involved in the construction of Phase 1 and we have just commenced design for Plot 2C which is the third phase. The total cost of the contract is approximately £4.6 million.
There are 2 no. two storey buildings containing a central plant room at second floor level. The building is a two storey structural steelwork frame with a central area constructed of 3 storeys to provide a plant room. The structural steelwork frame was designed by the fabricator Barrett Steel Buildings. The foundations, below ground drainage, car parking and roads were designed by ourselves.
The contract has been completed approximately 1 month ahead of schedule.
