Demolition of an existing detached dwelling to facilitate the construction of a new apartment block and two town houses.
External works included design of retaining walls to boundaries of adjacent properties and the rear of a new garage block. Special features included split level access two town houses with the roof construction of the apartments incorporating a mansard frame to maximise headroom.
