Appointed as structural and civil engineers, under a strategic partnering agreement with Anchor Trust and Willmott Dixon, for the £50m redevelopment of Denham Garden Village.
This is an exciting project comprising 330 units of extra care accommodation including houses, bungalows and flats of up to four storeys. The residents are well served with communal facilities which include a Village Hall, a Swimming Pool and Fitness Suite, together with a restaurant, library and doctor’s surgery.
