London Road Fire Station is a Grade 2* listed building situated in Manchester City Centre. The building was purpose built in the early 1900's to provide a state of the art Fire Station.
Since 2006, we have worked with Britannia to undertake a series of Structural Surveys and inspections. Having being granted planning permission in 2010 for conversion of the building into a 4 star hotel, we are now working towards undertaking detailed investigations to assess the layout and condition of the structure and to gather information to carry out structural design of the conversion and alterations.
