This project is due for completion in 2012 comprises of a 72 berth marina off the Trent and Mersey canal.
Clancy Consulting are appointed as the Civil Engineers to the project which comprises of a marina basin in the order of 3.5 hectares including dry dock facilities. A tow path foot bridge is to be constructed over the new entrance works to the canal.
The complex will also include a club house with car parking facilities and an access road.
The work involves close liaison with British Waterways agreeing all stages of the new break in to the existing canal.
