Lancaster Business Park is a major new development situated adjacent to the M6 in Lancashire. The Park has been planned to accommodate a sports and fitness leisure club, hotel accommodation, fast food outlets and office developments.
Clancy Consulting were responsible for the negotiation of all external infrastructure reinforcements including gas, power, water, telecommunications, all internal highway works, all internal infrastructure works including drainage, power, gas, water for each development site. We were also responsible for the design of the structures to the Total Fitness Club and office accommodation, together with the design and specification of all mechanical and electrical services contained within these particular buildings.
