This project is located between Hull and Beverley and consists of a leisure and sports club, with office developments of approximately 300,000 sq ft. This site also accommodates a large NHS Trust Estate of some 150,000 sq ft.
Clancy Consulting were responsible for the drainage, internal highway works, power, gas, water and telecom distribution to the site including all negotiations with utilities for the upgrading and reinforcing of site gas, water and high voltage mains to meet the demands of the redeveloped site and existing NHS Trust building. We were also responsible for the design and specification of the structural engineering services and all building services to be accommodated within the office development.
