The remodelling of corporate offices for SCA Hygiene Ltd at their Skelmersdale Converting plant.
The project involved the partial demolition of an old internal office block and the total redesign of the facility to provide a new board room, training areas and a welcoming airy reception.
All works where completed on time, safely and within the very challenging budget due to the co-operation of the client liaising on a regular basis with the design team and the main contractor. The project was executed whilst the plant was in full production.
