Design development of 3 of a total of approximately 30 primary health care centres for the Primary Care Trust (PCT) with a total value of approximately £62m. The schemes mainly consist of new builds but there are also alterations to existing buildings and some of the premises involve phasing/decanting.
At Preferred Bidder stage, the design team was novated to the design and build contractor to further develop the schemes to achieve an early start on site date. The remaining projects are rolling out at approximately 3 projects per year until completion.
