Two Awards for Residential Scheme

A recently completed £3.6m residential development for Pocket Living has picked up awards in 2 categories at the Evening Standard Awards 2012.

The scheme at Fermoy Road in London, won Best First-Time Buy category, together with the Best Development in the Affordable Homes category.

We provided civil and structural engineering services for the 32 no. new build key worker accommodation units. The site is situated close to the Grand Union Canal, and coordination between all members of the team was crucial to its success. The building features an attractive green living wall.
