Building Good Employer Guide 2011

We are delighted to be listed in the Building Good Employer Guide 2011, making us one of the top 60 employers within construction.

This is the fourth year we have entered and the fourth year we have been successful.

The survey is conducted anonymously by Building Magazine and covers all areas of what is important to staff to make us a good employer. During the last couple of years we have found good communication and keeping staff up to date with commercial aspects of the business have been very important to them.

We are very proud to be listed again this year.
