Be Prepared For The New Health And Safety Regulations

The new Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 will be launched on the 6th April 2007.

There are several changes to the existing regulations for the duties of the Client, Designer and Principal Contractor. A new role of CDM-Coordinator will be developed from the Planning Supervisor.

Clancy’s have arranged in-house seminars on the changes so that all members of staff are aware of their duties and how the regulations will affect them and others.

For further information or assistance contact either Graham Ellis or Ray Mulvee at the Manchester office on Tel No. 0161 613 6028 (Graham) or 0161 613 6045 (Ray).
