Birmingham Staff at the Forefront of IStructE Young Members Group
On 17th October 2006, the Midland Counties Branch Young Members Group of the Institution of Structural Engineers was officially inaugurated in Birmingham by the President of IStructE, David Harvey. We are very pleased to advise that colleagues in the Birmingham office are playing a forefront role in the early days of the group.
The primary objective of the group is to represent the views of young members of the profession within the Branch and to develop initiatives that will generate the interest of young members in the Institution. Nick Beecham is currently the Chairman of the group, together with Ania Crowther (Secretary) and Alfred Gand (Group Representative on Branch Committee).
