Stephen Howe
Stephen works out of our Manchester office and is also responsible for the management and development of Building Services in our London office.
Stephens belief in the holistic approach to building, has consistently involved him in the very early stages of major projects. This has enabled him to influence not only the buildings environmental / building services strategy to benefit from the utilization of sustainable energy principles, but the buildings material selection and its interaction with the building services to achieve the “holistic” building approach.
As part of the internal energy policy team, Stephen also provides a pragmatic approach to the delivery of the sustainable development by balancing the disparate goals of sustainability and viability.
As part of his commitment to the field of Building Services excellence, Stephen also sits on an ACE (Association for Consultancy and Engineering) working committee for “Private Funded Buildings”.
Stephen has extensive consultancy / contracting experience in both the UK and overseas where he has spent approximately 8 years expatriate in countries as diverse as USA, Qatar and the Czech Republic. Since completing an indentured apprenticeship, he has worked for and held senior positions in medium and large companies and was responsible for the operation of his last practice before joining Clancy Consulting Ltd.
