Mike Hooper
Mike is a Director responsible for the Liverpool office. In addition to fulfilling the role of a “working Director” he is responsible for the overall financial management as the Financial Director and a member of the company/s Management Group.
Mike graduated from Bolton Institute of Technology with an honours degree in Civil Engineering, being awarded in his final year Institution of Structural Engineers Lancashire and Cheshire Branch graduate prize. He joined Clancy Consulting in 1985, qualified professionally in 1987 and progressed up the ranks to Director in 1995. He has a broad background of experience in Structural & Civil Engineering.
Mike has been an active member of the Institution of Structural Engineers since 1993 , recently accepting the post of Social Secretary. Mike is a keen football fan supporting Sunderland (although admits not much to boast about at present) and has been involved for many years in the coaching of a junior football team. Mike is also a keen cyclist.
