We are committed to providing a continuously improving quality service of a consistently high standard. In order to assure this, Clancy Consulting operates a quality management system (QMS) that is certified to ISO 9001:2000 by the leading certification body NQA.
The quality procedures defined by Clancy Consulting are to be implemented continually to ensure uniformity and control in conducting consultancy work. Whilst ensuring that the basic procedures set out in the Manual are followed, members of staff are expected to apply their knowledge and experience in carrying out their tasks.
The QMS comprises a series of Procedures which set out the methods and control mechanisms to be applied by Management, Project and other technical staff, to implement the system requirements as laid out in this Management Policy Statement.
The Quality Manager will monitor the performance of the QMS on behalf of the Directors and will ensure that the Procedures are effective in maintaining a satisfactory standard in the quality of service provided to Clients.
The QMS Manual will be reviewed regularly and at least annually and revised as necessary to ensure that the Client needs and expectations are determined, converted into requirements and fulfilled with the aim of achieving Client satisfaction.
