Pre Design Advice
• Advice during the early design stage of your development on how to economically maximise your BREEAM score.
Assessment of Development
• The entire development is assessed in relation to the BREEAM criteria at the appropriate stage within the buildings life cycle. The ratings are established and a report is issued to BREEAM.
• Upon completion of the Development Assessment BREEAM issue their formal quality assured certification.
Post Construction Review
• A number of planning and funding organisations now require developers to produce Post Construction Review Certificates.
• The Post Construction Review certificate can form part of the legal process. English Partnerships can use it to release dwellings for sale or Local Authorities can accept it as compliance with planning conditions.
