Appointments can be on a ‘one off’ basis or be based on a long term agreement, and may relate to single or multiple properties.
Our multi-disciplinary team have the knowledge and experience to advise whatever the nature of the defect.
Following initial diagnosis, our appointment is typically extended to include specification and contract administration of appropriate remedial work. Typical contract values vary from £5k to £2M.
We appreciate the need to develop remedial schemes which are appropriate for the site specific conditions, e.g. protect and maintain historic fabric, or allow rapid completion of the works with minimum disruption to the use of the building or structure, whilst ensuring the safety of occupiers.
