Financial institutions, investors and organisations seeking to purchase a building upon completion of construction without direct control need to ensure that the property they are acquiring is constructed in accordance with current Building Regulations, various legislation and/or to a recognised Institutional Standard.  

Our team have expertise in all areas of construction and are, therefore, able to ensure that the Client’s exposure is reduced and controlled through development monitoring and a development agreement.  

The earlier a Surveyor is involved in this type of development the better able they are to protect the Client’s interests to ensure that a building is delivered on time, to budget and with the necessary quality. The prevailing market conditions make this more important than ever before.
