The proud west Lancashire football club are in the process of building a sporting complex that will rival some of the best sports clubs in the country.
This is an initiative that will benefit the entire sporting fraternity as well as Burscough FC. Covering a 20-acre site adjacent to their current Victoria Park home, the new community complex includes a full size third generation floodlit artificial pitch, two additional full size grass pitches and six junior grass pitches.
Additional community facilities include a function room and a classroom for sport and health educational purposes. The latter of which will have a direct link with local schools, PCT’s and other community partners.

The main stadium will have an impressive 500-seater stand, incorporating changing rooms, offices and a large function room and community changing rooms. The overall objective is to provide a centre for the development of grassroots football and to encourage local charter standard clubs to develop further.
It was Robson Lloyd Consultancy Ltd who provided the specialist expertise to allow this club and its local authority an opportunity to turn this dream into reality.
“I am delighted to be in support of Robson Lloyd’s grassroots football programme. It is laudable to encourage community involvement in young players at grassroots level and with the employment of fully qualified coaches we wish you every success with your programme.”
