All our staff have a voice in the operation of the business. The senior staff contribute to the Business Planning process and a Staff Committee has representation from across all the offices. These are communication forums to ‘have a say’ in the best way forward for the future of the business. There is also an option to buy shares in the company after qualifying criteria .

In 2011 we were selected again in Building Good Employers Top 60.

We renewed our Investors in People accreditation in December 2012. This was our 4th review against the standard.
