An appreciation of the design process “in the whole” and not restricted knowledge to the civil, structural or building services aspects of a project are crucial when working in this sector.
Over the years, both in the public and private sectors we have acquired an established understanding of key issues. This enables us to be a proactive member of the design team, adding value to the whole process to the benefit of all.
With the advent of partnering in its many guises, we have been instrumental in developing schemes with all parties, clients, fellow professionals, contractors, etc, drawing on, and ensuring the value of all contributions are equally exploited. This is currently being demonstrated through our involvement in the LIFT programme.
